Front of House
Two hand carved red sandstone, limestone retaining wall, white marble between sidewall and street. Low maintenance Crepe Myrtle and Ivy, Closed Circuit Television porch and car coverage, Hedges bracing the front.
The basement has no smell; there is a working toilet and sink with hot and cold water, as well as water and drain hook ups for a shower. Furnace has an Electronic Air Filter as well as a Humidifier; the brick baring wall goes into the Utility Room. The Utility Room has video camera pointed at the basement door, which has a locked steal bared door. The sizeable Man Cave area is just that, a blank area for the creative mind.
Backyard & Garage
When you leave the Mud Room, you are greeted to a twelve by twenty foot porch with railing, overlooking a Named Brick-Paver Patio, and a twelve by eighteen foot Cedar Pergola, with a roofed and lite Bar-B-Q area. Followed with two water fountains, one circular and the other one large Elephant, spraying water over its back.
The garage is carpeted with walls power washed with clear coat polyurethane supported by bright painted red studs. The garage doors open to a bright cement apron which at the south end has a Slate covered area to support the trash cans.
First Floor Interior
The Foyer is richly detailed Red Mahogany Trim/Pocket Doors, walls painted a Faux Suede; and floors sanded with clear coat polyurethane bringing out the detail of the wood. A staircase off to the right leads up to the second floor.
Through the Pocket Door you are face to face with a five foot by seven foot Mirror, that makes the room only more so. Fireplace to the right could take the chill off the air, as well as a place to show off your good stuff above and on the fireplace mantel.
Through the next Pocket Door you witness a Stainless Steel kitchen with stainless Hatch Patterned walls, handcrafted stainless Sink and Cabinets (that I built), and two commercial grade stainless prep tables. The eating area on the other side is a real brick wall as well as a Brick Dog House, quarter sawn oak Cabinet to hold your china and crystal, all above a tiled floor.
Is a Pantry area with School Chandler, the rich wood work really works; I might add. Mud Room opens up to outside door, laundry room and bathroom. Bathroom comes with two Shower Heads, a hospital toilet, and a urinal.
Second Floor Interior
The oak steps leads you up to one of the three bedrooms; this bedroom has Cherry Wood trim around the windows and base board, surrounded by a sea of Deep Blue walls. The spacious closet/dressing room greets you to a generous bathroom, which has a tub/shower to the center of the room, toilet and bidet, two matching sinks, with a physical energy saving laundry chute. The other bedroom has a convenient corner sink, with amble closet space; overlooking the street below. The landing welcomes you to a 36” Serpentine Staircase that takes you to the third floor. A Half bath; Whole House Fan and Pocket Doors completes the landing.
Third Floor Interior
The top of the steps is the Third bedroom/Partyroom/Office, or Den, a Palladium window and two sky lights brighten the twenty four by thirty foot room. There is a sink and brick showing chimney to the center of the room.
